Client Relationship Specialist
Patti joined Access Financial Services, Inc. in 2012 and plays an important role as our Client Relationship Specialist. Patti’s responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, taking incoming calls and directing them to the right department or person to ensure quality client service.
Patti also provides administrative support to the firm’s financial advisors by assisting in the preparation for upcoming meetings, preparing correspondence and maintaining client files. Other responsibilities include general office duties. Patti is passionate about providing clients with the highest quality experience, whether on the phone or in person.
Prior to joining Access Financial Services, Patti worked at US Bank in the Corporate Trust Department as a Para Administrator. When not at work, Patti enjoys golfing, cooking, gardening, travel, her dog “Bogey” and a great cup of coffee!
